When can I order technical services?
From October 2020 our ACHEMAExhibitor Portal for ordering technical services will go live.
How can the stand constructor order services?
The exhibitor can create a sub-account for the stand constructor in the ACHEMAExhibitor Portal and provides the entitled company with the online access ID and the link to the Exhibitor Portal. Sub-accounts only have access to the "Services" category of the Exhibitor Portal and can either order on their own account or on the exhibitor’s account.
Can a co-exhibitor order technical services?
Co-exhibitors cannot order any technical services. These services can only be ordered by the exhibitor; exception: if the exhibitor has created a sub-account for a co-exhibitor in the ACHEMA Exhibitor Portal.
Where do I find electrical, water and compressed air connections?
You will find electrical, water and compressed air connections on your stand plan. Your stand plan can be downloaded in the ACHEMA Exhibitor Portal after you have received the stand confirmation. From October 2020 the connections can be ordered in the ACHEMA Exhibitor Portal. There you can also upload your installation plan.
How can I see what I ordered for the last ACHEMA and what the status of my orders for this ACHEMA 2021 is?
You can find the current status of your orders and your orders for ACHEMA 2018 in the ACHEMA Exhibitor Portal under "View my account". Sub-accounts can only see the "Services" category.
How can I use free Wi-Fi at the exhibition grounds?
