How can I apply?

From autumn 2025, exhibitors can register online here for ACHEMA 2027. Alternatively, the registration forms can also be downloaded there as pdf.

What is the deadline for applications?

There is no deadline for applications, areas will be rented out according to availability.

When will I receive the stand offer?

After receipt of the first rental instalment offers will be sent to exhibitors step by step, depending on date of receipt, past participation at ACHEMA as well as on the technical requirements of the exhibition.

When will I receive the stand confirmation?

After stand allocation and payment of the first instalment.

Can I choose a stand?

Every exhibitor receives an offer with a stand proposal. Stand requests should be submitted with the stand application.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, by MasterCard, VISA, AMEX and Diners.

Co-Exhibitors

How can I register a co-exhibitor?

Co-exhibitors can be registered here.

How many free exhibitor tickets does a co-exhibitor receive?

Two exhibitor tickets.

We intend to exhibit with our subsidiaries. Do they have to be registered as co-exhibitors?

Yes, subsidiaries have to be registered as co-exhibitors. This also ensures that their company names, contact details and products will also be listed in the official ACHEMA publications.

Can co-exhibitors also publish entries?

Yes, co-exhibitors can publish entries in the ACHEMA publications on the same terms as exhibitors.

Exhibition Halls

What is the best way to find your way around the exhibition grounds? Is there a thematical structure?

The hall allocation follows the thematical structure of the exhibition groups of ACHEMA 2024. For your orientation you will find the hall plan with the exhibition groups here.

Entry Requirements

Do ACHEMA participants need a visa?

Citizens from countries requiring a visa to travel to Germany to visit ACHEMA or exhibit at ACHEMA require a business travel visa. We can support you with a personalized visa invitation letter.

Arrival

How to get there?

By car:

Via Autobahn A5 change to A648 at interjunction Frankfurt Westkreuz. There is direct access from the Autobahn exit Frankfurt West (i.e. no "green badge" required) to the Rebstock multi-storey car park.
Access from the city center via Theodor-Heuss-Allee to Katharinen-Kreisel (N.B. "green badge" required).
There is a free shuttle bus from the Rebstock area to the exhibition grounds (probably to the entrances Galleria, Portalhaus Hall 11 and Hall 3) every 5 - 10 minutes.

 

By train:

From the central station to the exhibition grounds by S-Bahn (departure from central station, tief, platform 104, stop "Messe Frankfurt" station).

From the central station to the exhibition grounds by tram (departure in front of central station, stop "Festhalle/Messe" station).

By plane:

The fastest connections from the airport to the Frankfurt exhibition grounds are as follows:

1. By S-Bahn S8 and S9 from the regional train station to the central train station in approx. 10 minutes.

From the central station to the exhibition grounds by S-Bahn (departure from central station, tief, platform 104, stop "Messe Frankfurt" station).

  • S3 direction Bad Soden
  • S4 direction Kronberg

  • S6 direction Friedberg

From the central station to the exhibition grounds by tram (departure in front of central station, stop "Festhalle/Messe" station).

2. By airport express bus (from the airport Terminal 1 - arrivals level, charter bus lane stop - via Terminal 2 - bus stop in Exit E area - to the exhibition grounds - entrance Portalhaus Hall 11 - and back.)

Parking

Can I select a specific parking space or multi-storey car park when placing my order?

Please choose between parking spaces on the exhibition grounds and parking spaces in the multi-storey car park on the Rebstock area. At the exhibition grounds, the aim is always to allocate parking spaces close to the stand.

How many parking spaces can I order?

Order as many parking spaces as you need. When ordering parking spaces, each exhibitor should be allocated at least one parking space on the exhibition grounds. Therefore, it may happen that you are also allocated parking spaces in the multi-storey car park on the Rebstock area.

Can co-exhibitors also order parking spaces?

Yes, co-exhibitors can order parking spaces in the multi-storey car park on the Rebstock area. From there, a free shuttle bus runs to the exhibition grounds every 5 - 10 minutes (probably to the entrances Galleria, Portalhaus Hall 11 and Hall 3).

Exhibitor Tickets

How many exhibitor tickets does an exhibitor receive free of charge?

Two tickets for the first 10m², one ticket for each additional 10m² or part thereof. Example: 31m² = five tickets

How many free exhibitor tickets does a co-exhibitor receive?

Two exhibitor tickets.

Set-up and Dismantling / Access Regulations

Set-up and dismantling times

Binding is the information in the Technical Guidelines, 1.2. Opening hours, which will be available for download on the ACHEMA website in autumn 2025 as well as the “Traffic regulations” and the „Check-in guide“, which will be provided on the ACHEMA website for download in due time.  

Can I use my own forklift or electric pallet truck?

The employment of exhibitors' own forklifts is prohibited for safety reasons. Forklifts can be ordered from the Logistics Service of Messe Frankfurt. Access to the logistics service will be provided via the shop in the ACHEMA Exhibitor Portal, available in autumn 2026.

Electric pallet trucks may be used for transporting goods at ground level both inside and outside the exhibition halls. It is prohibited to use them for loading and unloading for safety reasons.

Check-In

During set-up and dismantling (with the exception of 18 June 2027), all vehicles must be registered via the check-in (online also possible).

Detailed information can be found in the “Check-in guide”, which will be provided for download in due time in the ACHEMA Exhibitor Portal and on the ACHEMA website.

Is a permit needed for Sunday work during the set-up and dismantling?

Stand Construction

How high can I build my stand?

The minimum construction height is 2.50 m. The maximum stand construction height varies from hall to hall, but can be max. 8.00 m. Stands with a size up to 30 m² are allowed a max. stand construction height of 4.00 m. If applicable, suspensions can be higher. Please refer to the technical data sheets of the halls for details.

For stand structures such as visible stand ceilings, visible rear sides of the stand walls or advertising media, logos, etc. which are higher than the boundary walls of the exhibitor’s own stand, etc. the details as mentioned in the Technical Guidelines, 4. Stand construction regulations are binding.

Two-storey structures are permissible in some hall levels.

The Technical Guidelines as well as the Technical Data Sheets will be provided for download on the ACHEMA website in autumn 2025.

What stands require a construction permit?

Single-storey stands in the exhibition halls shall be exempted from submitting stand plan documentation, provided that the Technical Regulations have been observed in designing and building them, as far as

  • they have a surface area no larger than 100 m²
  • a their building height above is not more than 4.00 m
  • no special constructions are included (e.g. closed ceilings, stand structures and exhibits higher than 4.00 m, platforms higher than 0.20 m, glass constructions, floor/ceiling connections, advertising media, moved components etc.)

Furthermore, all other stand constructions, mobile stands, constructions in the outdoor area, temporary structures, two-storey stands and special constructions require a permit and an on-site approval.

The conditions for the above-mentioned stands can be found in the Technical Guidelines.

The Technical Guidelines, all fact sheets for stand construction requiring approval, for exhibits and further will be provided for download on the ACHEMA website in autumn 2025. Information on the charges for statics and for fire protection is indicated.

The stand plan for approval and all necessary documents can be uploaded in the ACHEMA Exhibitor Portal, under "Services Around Your Stand" (available in autumn 2026).

Where do I get my stand plan?

The main exhibitor and if applicable sub-accounts that have been created can download the stand plan in the ACHEMA Exhibitor Portal, under "myDocuments", after the stand confirmation has been received (available in autumn 2026).

Where do I submit my stand plan for approval?

You or your stand constructor/agency (by means of a sub-account) can upload the stand plan as well as all necessary documents for approval on the ACHEMA Exhibitor Portal, under "Services Around Your Stand" (available in autumn 2026).

The factsheet inspection for constructions requiring approval as well as the factsheets for exhibits and further will be available for download on the ACHEMA website in autumn 2025. Information on the charges for statics and for the fire protection is indicated.

What load-bearing capacity and lighting do the individual halls have?

Please refer to the Technical Data Sheets of the halls which will be available for download on the ACHEMA website in autumn 2025.

Are suspensions possible?

Suspensions are possible in most halls (exceptions: Galleria and foyers). All suspensions are subject to approval. The hanging can only be carried out by Messe Frankfurts' contractors and has to be ordered through DECHEMA. Detailed information can be found in the Technical Guidelines, 4.7.5 Suspension points, chain hoists, installation of trusses, fasteners and in the factsheet suspensions from hall ceilings which will be available for download on the ACHEMA website in autumn 2025.

Are stand partitions already in place?

Stand partitions will not be in place. We offer full service stand construction and further solutions via the ACHEMA Exhibitor Portal, under "Shop" - "Stand Construction Configurator" (available in autumn 2026). In case you opt for individual stand construction, our partners for stand construction will be pleased to assist you. It is also possible to construct your own stand.

How can I order stand construction?

A broad range of system stands and further solution will be provided in the ACHEMA Exhibitor Portal, under "Shop" - "Stand Construction Configurator". The "Stand Construction Configurator" will be available in autumn 2026.

Click on “Start Configuration Now” and you are guided through the process. Graphics, furniture and media equipment and much more can be selected as soon as you have configurated a system stand.

You can configurate various system stands. An order has to be submitted and finalized via the shopping basket.

After receipt of your order, our service partner will send you a stand sketch by e-mail.

In case you opt for individual stand construction, our partners for stand construction will be pleased to assist you. It is also possible to construct your own stand.

What is the look of the stand number signs at ACHEMA?

You will find a sketch of the ACHEMA stand number signs in the Technical Guidelines, 2.4. Stand numbering, which will be available for download on the ACHEMA website in autumn 2025.

Technical Guidelines

The aim of the Technical Guidelines is to ensure that the event proceeds smoothly, to enable exhibitors to present their exhibits to best advantage and thus to attract visitors and interested parties appropriately.

Please also note the relevant factsheets and forms for stand construction approval and presentation of exhibits which will be available for download on the ACHEMA website in autumn 2025.

Technical Services

When can I order technical services?

The ACHEMA Exhibitor Portal for ordering technical services will be available in autumn 2026.

As soon as you have received the stand confirmation, the shop is accessible to you.

How can the stand constructor order services?

Exhibitors can create a sub-account for authorized representatives such as a stand constructor, agency on the ACHEMA Exhibitor Portal, under "Your profile". The authorized representatives will receive an e-mail with the online User-ID and the link to the Exhibitor Portal.
"Stand rental and charges" are not visible. The sub-account holder may place orders on the exhibitors’ as well as their own account.

These services will be available in autumn 2026.

Can a co-exhibitor order technical services?

Co-exhibitors cannot order any technical services. These services can only be ordered by the exhibitor.

Where do I find electrical, water and compressed air connections?

You will find electrical, water and compressed air connections on your stand plan. Your stand plan can be downloaded in the ACHEMA Exhibitor Portal, under “myDocuments”, after you have received the stand confirmation. The connections can be ordered in the Exhibitor Portal, under “Shop”. An installation plan can be uploaded during the order process.

Installation plans can also be uploaded afterwards via the Exhibitor Portal, under “Shop”, “Services”, click on the button “Shopping Basket”. Please upload the plan via the button” Upload Installation Plan”.

These services will be available in autumn 2026.

How can I upload an installation plan?

For the upload of an installation plan afterwards, please log-in the ACHEMA Exhibitor Portal, under “Shop”, “Services”, click on the “Shopping Basket”. Please upload the plan via the button” Upload Installation Plan”.

These services will be available in autumn 2026.

How can I see what I ordered for the last ACHEMA and what the status of my orders for this ACHEMA 2027 is?

You will find the current status of your orders and your orders for ACHEMA 2024 on the ACHEMA Exhibitor Portal, under “View my account” (available in autumn 2026).
For ACHEMA 2024 you will not see any orders placed with external service partners.
For sub-account holders "stand rental and charges" are not visible.
 

Is free WI-Fi available at the exhibition grounds?

Yes, suitable for checking e-mails or similar.

Visitor Flat-Rate

What is the visitor flat-rate?

Each exhibitor pays an obligatory sum for access to an optional number of day tickets for guests calculated as a graduated flat-rate based on the size of the stand. For further details please see item 13. "Visitor Acquisition" of the General Conditions of Participation.

Numerous other stores are located in the Skyline Plaza shopping center directly adjacent to the exhibition grounds (opposite the Festhalle Süd exit).
