Entry of trade show participants from abroad is generally possible. When entering Germany, a negative test result, proof of vaccination or proof of recovery must be available. Germany qualifies countries either as no risk area, as high risk area or as virus variant area (see also country lists of the Robert Koch Institute), therefore always observe the currently valid entry and quarantine regulations (BMI – Civil Protection - Coronavirus).

Upon entry into Germany, a negative test result OR proof of vaccination OR proof of recovery must be available.
The test proof must refer to a test that was performed a maximum of 48 hours (for antigen tests) or 72 hours (for PCR tests) ago. For the calculation of these periods, the time of entry is relevant.
The list of vaccines and required vaccine doses that result in a vaccinated status is available here. The proof of vaccination and also the proof of testing can be provided in digital or paper form in English, Spanish, German, Italian or French.
Vaccinated persons entering from high-risk areas are not required to be quarantined. Currently, the Corona Entry Regulation still requires unvaccinated persons from high-risk areas to be quarantined. However, trade show participants are exempt from this requirement if they enter for up to five days and have a negative test result upon entry. You must prove your trade show participation as follows:
