New Exhibitor Area

First-time exhibitors have the opportunity to participate in the New Exhibitor Area (NEA). Presentations will take place in specially designated, uniformly designed joint exhibition areas within the individual halls and exhibition groups.

The service includes a turnkey stand construction including basic equipment.

1. Stand construction

  • Octanorm wall system, wall colour white, height: 2.50 m
  • Tower element at the aisle boundary (depth: 25 cm, total height: 3.50 m, width: 1.00 m)
  • Lettering with company name (according to specified font and character limit) and NEA branding on tower top (twice per stand area, format: 1.00 m x 1.00 m)

2. Furniture

  • 1 bar table (white)
  • 3 bar stools (black)
  • 1 lockable counter (white)
  • 1 wastepaper basket

3. Lighting

  • 4 LED spotlights on wall elements
  • 2 LED spotlights on tower attachment

4. Flooring

  • Carpet, ribbed, Cradle to Cradle certified (colour: navy)

5. Cleaning

  • Basic cleaning including removal of carpet protection film

6. Security and services

  • Fire extinguishing spray
  • Assembly and disassembly
  • Stand grounding

Note: For NEA stand packages, the price shall be calculated on a square metre basis. It consists of the applicable exhibition fee pursuant to Clause 8.1 of the General Conditions of Participation plus an additional package fee for NEA stand construction of € 178.00/m².
