1. Stand construction

• Wall construction with false walls, wall colour white, height: 3 m
• Cabin (1 m²), lockable, with wallpapered and painted door and 1 coat rack
• Standard cabin colour: silver grey (RAL 7001); colour change possible via exhibitor portal
• Satin-finished Maxima elements with acrylic glass filling:
• 1 element for row stands
• 2 elements for corner stands
• Top section: total height 4 m, width 0.9 m

2. Graphics

• 6 m² digital print on rear wall (2.00 m x 3.00 m)
• Digital print/graphic on top section of satin-finish Maxima element (format: 0.82 m x 0.83 m)
• 1x for row stands
• 2x for corner stands
• The file must be ready for printing and delivered in accordance with the specified requirements
• Note: the dimensions given are not suitable for graphic design

3. Furniture

• 1 table (white)
• 4 chairs (white)
• 1 wastepaper basket

4. Lighting

• HQI spotlight (70 W), adapted to the stand size
• Guideline: 1 spotlight per 3 m² or part thereof

5. Flooring

• Carpet, ribbed, Cradle to Cradle certified
• Standard colour: light grey; colour changes possible via exhibitor portal

6. Cleaning

• Basic cleaning including removal of carpet protection film

7. Security and services

• Fire extinguishing spray
• Assembly and dismantling
• Stand grounding

Note: The prices for the All-in-One Stand Packages are calculated on a square-metre basis and consist of the exhibition fee applicable pursuant to Clause 8.1 of the General Terms and Conditions, together with the additional package fee payable for the stand construction.
